To enable perfect connection with the outside world, The Résidence de France assures provides a TV, internet access, high powered wireless WIFI. For your comfort and you security, this beautiful building is equipped with a safe for your valuables, your computers and so on. Furthermore, to ensure first class service, out team are at your disposition to assist you with any requirements.

Upon request a paying cleaning service can be organized (external cleaning company).

A laundry room open 7/7 with 2 machines and tumble dryers, free of charge for tenants.

A place for bicycles in the garage of the Residence has been made available to our tenants.

Four charging points for electric cars are available to tenants (paid service).

RENTAL FEES PER MONTH

Conditions:

All our apartments are designed for a maximum occupancy of two people. Our Attique can accommodate up to 4 persons.
Pets are not accepted in our residences.
Our rentals are based on a minimum stay of two consecutive months, either from the 1st to the 30/31th or from the 16th to the 15th of each month.
One month's notice of departure, for the 30/31 or the 15th of the following month.
